Sub: Request to quash the mandatory pre requisite
of 10 years for Request Transfers- reg
Hon’ble Sir
With reference to the subject
cited above, we regret to inform you that the Navodaya employees are much
grieved over the fact that N.V.S is
trying to infer ten years period as a necessity to get Request transfers,
misquoting the statements in Transfer Policy;
whereas the normal period of ten years stands and should stand for only
transfers on administrative ground or done in public interest. , vis-à-vis the
transfer policy, and not imposed to Request Transfers in any case.
Transfer of Spouse Cases, i.r.o unification of spouses or transfers done on request basis does not call upon such normal periods. It is beseeched that ‘normal tenure’ as quoted in the Transfer Policy should not be misinterpreted as “ mandatory tenure” for all practical purposes, especially in the case of Request Transfers and transfers done for unification of spouses.
The Navodaya Employees are much annoyed and grieved on hearing the aforesaid compulsion and prerequisite necessity imposed for Request transfers. The Association has been receiving much vociferous voice and protests over this.
Your honour is begged to do the needful in this connection , prior to the
implementation of such clauses in the recent Request Transfers to be made, for
the staff welfare; to eschew and dodge the impending CAT cases, Writ
Petition or Protests in this regard.,
and soothe the grieved employees.
Thanking you
Thanking you
Yours faithfully
