BOYCOTT PROCEDURE
It seems that there is a good
response , and AINVSA has been receiving mob calls about the same. However, we
reiterate that AINVSA does not force or compel anyone to do the same. It’s the
employee himself/herself who should feel that boycotting or non-cooperation
movement should commence in Navodaya Vidyalayas in order to decrease work loads
of the employees. It was promised that work hour committee would be formed and
work hours decided. But there seems to be no inkling about the same.
Boycotting M,O.D is the right
step to begin with., as it has in a way no connection with the teacher’s duty.
Nevertheless, its upon the teacher to decide whether to boycott or not.
The following procedure should
be adopted by the Units, if they are deciding of Boycotting M.O.D Duty
1.All the AINVSA Unit are , hereby,
requested to conduct a Unit meeting in their respective Vidyalayas on 30
Dec,2013 and take opinions of boycotting
of M.O.Ds
2. They should note down
willingness or non willingness of the employee on a piece of paper.
3. AINVSA unit should give an intimation
to the Principal and a list of staff boycotting M.O.D Duty ( IntimationProforma enclosed herewith) , or give
individual intimation well in advance , on 30/31 Dec,2013.
4.A photocopy of any Advisory Note /Memorandum given, in
response to this, by the Principals or Regional Office should be collected and
sent immediately to the AINVSA CEC by the AINVSA Unit or any individual himself
.
ALL THE BEST! LONG LIVE AINVSA
