      The matters above mentioned were listed before the  Hon'ble  Court  on
11.2.2013 with office report dated 07.2.2013,  when the  Court  was  pleased
to pass the following order:-

      It is submitted that all the four common respondents  are  represented
by Ms Lalitha  Kaushik,  Advocate.   Counter  affidavit  filed  by  her  and
Rejoinder affidavit to the said counter affidavit filed by counsel  for  the
petitioners have already been included in the SLP paper books.

      It is submitted that there are 21 respondents.  Respondent Nos.  1,  3
& 4 and 2 are represented by their respective counsel.   Counter  affidavits
filed by them and Rejoinder Affidavit to the said counter  affidavits  filed
by counsel for the petitioner have already been included in  the  SLP  paper
books.  Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 & 9 to 11, 14 to 18  & 21  have  not  entered
appearance though served with notice by dasti  vide  Ld.  Registrar  Court's
Order dated 11.11.2011.  Respondent  Nos.8,  12,  13,  19  &  20  have  been
transposed as petitioners vide Hon'ble Chamber Judge Order dated 27.8.2012.
      Service is already complete in both the matters.
      The matters along with applications above-mentioned are listed  before
the  Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
