RESOLUTIONS
MADE AT THE AINVSA NATIONAL DELEGATION MEET

7 APRIL 2013
The Bye laws to be amended to have provisons to
incorporate more than one General Secretaries as per the need of the hour. It
was resolved to add the following points in the charter of demands:
1.
There should be transparency for the Rank List
in D.P.C. Only 25 % recruitment should be by Direct Recruitment, while 75 %
recruitment should be by L.D.E ( Limited Departmental Exam)
2.
From D staff to Joint Commissioner, all should
have promotion in NVS.
3.
Like Kendriya Vidyalayas, the ceiling age should
be 35 years for transferring employees to North East Region and not 50 years.
4.
The Transfer Policy should be executed regularly
every year.
5.
There should be CGHS and Housing Schemes to NVS
Employees at par with other Central Govt Employees.
6.
The D.C/ Collector Rate should be given to Mess
Helpers as wages.
7.
Either OTA or CCL should be given the teaching
fraternity for working on Gazetted Holidays.
8.
There should be adjustment of Surplus drivers in
JNVs against vacant posts of LDC/Store Keeper or Lab Attendant provided they
have the necessary requisite educational qualification for the same.
9.
D staff workers should be increased in JNVs.
10.
There should be a single cadre for Non teaching
staff
11.
NCERT Books should be issued to students of 6th
to 8th class every year.
12.
If a staff works for 2 to 4 hours then ½ CL
should be credited to his leave account, whereas for working more than 4 hours
a CL should be credited.
13.
It was resolved that a delegation should meet the Commissioner, NVS
Hqrs at a future date to inquire the status report of the staff welfare
measures carried out by NVS.
