Fake Association working with the same name AINVSA---Letter by T.P.MANI to the Hon. Commisioner, NVS

        ‘All India Navodaya Vidyalaya Staff Association’ (A.I.N.V.S.A)-   reg.

Sir ,

            All India Navodaya Vidyalaya Staff Association (AINVSA) is a registered Association under the society act 1955. It has been functioning among the Navodaya Vidyalaya staff since 5.10/1994. Its Registration number is K-492/94. All the statements including the incomes and expenditures and list of office bearers during 1994-95 to 2008-09 have already been submitted to the Hon’ble District Registrar, Kottayam District. We are in receipt of all relevant documents and receipts from the respected office of Hon’ble District Registrar, Kottayam Dist.

           

            Consequent upon being the present President of ‘All India Navodaya Vidyalaya Staff Association’ , the Original Certificates of Registration which we got at the time of Registration in 5/10/1994 is with me. I submit the  copies of all the documents mentioned above, herewith,  for your kind consideration.

           

           But I am given to understand that another Association with the same name and same Reg. No. is working among Navodaya Vidyalaya staff with Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Mamnoor, Warangal Dist., Andhra Pradesh as its Head Office. It has constituted a fake Executive Committee with one Jagadesh Rai, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya , Azamgarh, U P. as its President, Shri L B Reddy, TGT Hindi Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Mamnoor, Warangal Dist., Andhra Pradesh as Gen. Secretary, and one Shri. Rajesh, (Deputy Gen. Secretary, AINVSA) PGT Econm. JNV Kasaragod, Kerala.

            This Fake Association has been collecting lakhs of rupees from different Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, making fabricated statements and cheating Higher Officers in the NVS and Ministry. Shri. L B Reddy was the Gen. Secretary of our Association for a few months during 2006. He was suspended from our Association due to Anti Association activities. But his crime is that he is continuing as the Gen. Secretary without any documents support. Though his false propaganda he is misleading the staff of Navodaya Vidyalayas and collected huge amount from them. Recently these criminals constituted a fake Joint Action Committee (JAC) and announced one indefinite strike from 06/02/2013, and called off on 15/02/2013. without any assurance from the Govt.  After  few days shri LB Reddy, and Shri. Jagadeesh Rai sent a circular to all JNVs and asked Rs. 1000 /- from each Vidyalaya. Simultaneously, the Staff of JNV Kasaragod sent a letter to all JNVs in Kerala and asked Rs. 2000/- for the expenditure of  one Mr. Rajesh, JNV Kasaragod, who attended the discussion with Shri Sasi Tharoor Minister of State, Ministy for HRD in Delhi without knowledge of JNVs in Kerala! This is only one of the example.

            Therefore, I humbly request you to take necessary action against Shri. Jagadesh Rai, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya ,   Azamgarh, U P, Shri L B Reddy, TGT Hindi Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Mamnoor, Warangal Dist.,Andhra Pradesh and Shri. Rajesh, PGT Econm. JNV Kasaragod, Kerala, who are acting in the name of  ‘All India Navodaya Vidyalaya Staff Association’ and using its Reg. No. 492/94 . Order may be issued to prevent them from conducting any activities in the name of ‘All India Navodaya Vidyalaya Staff Association’ (A.I.N.V.S.A).
