Obviously , Sr. No 203 of the list of Autonomous Bodies, substantiates that Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti is also an Autonomous Body  under Central Govt . Consequently,  the Hon Commissioner of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti ought to arrange to consitute an

                        " IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEE"

..TO IMPLEMENT THE REVISED PAY SCALE TO THE EMPLOYEES OF JAWAHAR NAVODAYA VIDYALAYAS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY 

....AS PER  THE PAY MATRIX  contained in PART -A of the Schedule of the CCS(RP) RULES 

The Hon Commissioner need to approve the CCS(RP) Rules,2016  dated 25-07-2016 and the latest O.M dated 13-01-2017 of the Finance Ministry, execution/implementation part------  and please the hard working employees of NVS
