AINVSA an age Old Association should not be in extinct because of Ideological differences.

Way back earlier, when AINVSA was bifurcated Sh T.P.Mani was suggested , directed and even coerced to go to court, when he showed that the original Ceritificate of Registration was with him. That he ought not allow others to  organise National Conventions,accumulate fees amount etc on his behalf.

Howsoever, Shri Maniji desisted , restrained himself from such a step only for staff welfare. That knocking the doors of Court meant  , that it would amount to subjudice  to carry on AINVSA activities for staff  till the matter is settled in Court. Neither of the factions could work for the staff...Consequent upon this, it was not done.

However ,Registering with a different name was the best solution then.But no faction did. Now at this hour ...when we have years spent.....OLD PENSION DEMAND at the door step..,registering with a different name would only mean pushing back the RECOGNITION procedure much behind.....minimum three years or so.

All state and central govt deptts of other institutions and organisation are fighting their war to convert NPS into Old Pension Scheme. At this hour, both the factions joining hands , merging to get AINVSA recognised was the only need of the hour. AINVSA  to espouse the cause of  OLD PENSION SCHEME to all NVS employees alike, irrespective of the year of joining NVS ,was felt upon... AINVSA to support other Central govt Unions and getting their support in return for this agenda of Old Pension, as its a common goal to be achieved ...to all cadre of employees in NVS.

Unfortunately, some of the CEC members in their rececnt CEC meeting turn down the offer , due to the fear of losing their posts/office bearers of AINVSA felt insecure and declined this proposal, and this positive turn-up was nipped in the bud itself, the idea sabotaged and a new Association to be formed was suggested and subsequently done.

Not giving recognition on the pretext of dispute was  a cock and bull story , as why it was not given way back  years ago...when so much Membership forms submitted in the year 2006 or so and there was no dispute as such...AINVSA was registered in 1990s....and why not till 2006... when there were no factions/groups in it... But then it was only delay in verification process by NVS.,????Isn't it?

It seems jnv employees in dealing with kids have an inflated Child ego with them and cant think beyond a certain area. God forbid !!! the same thing can happen in near future to any newly formed association as well. Do they think that the post in their association would be a life long portfolio. If anyone is removed as  office bearer, he would carry on with the same name and followship....two factions within one name .Right? Then?? Then the history would repeat itself.

Friends, sometimes it pays back to think promptly , prudently for the benefit of all.

Escapism is not the solution.  Sabotaging one another was not the solution either in the past, nor is it now...or else two factions would not have survived so far.....would not have carried on for so long. Both team carried on staff welfare issues, and the staff were benefited from their competions to do something for staff. This is the other part of the story. If we think laterally, as an out of the box., then only we would be able to see that...it was only power mongers who did not want both to be united. Howsoever, some spectators also, sitting in their comfort zone found it a pretext only to dissuade themselves and others from being a member of AINVSA or not to come to AINVSA meeting or to resist from filling up renewal of Membership forms.

Anway, it seems a few thing are destined. We cant help. The blogger ,however ends this blog with a positive bent of mind that  AINVSA and the NEW ASSOCIATION both should get Recognition from NVS, if NVS officials really have a bonafide intention for staff ,wants to forms  JCM with representative of two or more Associations of NVS,  so that the staff will have a peaceful , healthy and passionate commitment in this institution. Mind well NVS officials , its also important for the administrative officers to get Associations of NVS recognised to form JCM at the earliest. They cant prolong on any further excuse. They would have made Sh.T.PMani and Sh. L.B Reddy sit together, after all they were employees of NVS, called the office bearers of both groups and negotiated. If not came to terms, then Dissolved the office bearers of both associations. Based on only the forms received by them , given Recognition to AINVSA body with a conditional clause that a fair and free election to be held from bottom to top, ie Unit Secretary, State, Regional and CEC office bearers, promptly on getting recognition. Or if office bearers list needed then  one from each taken in equal proportion. NVS did not intervene but just made them do Membership campaign now and then. As of now assinged task of new Membership campaign...so that they get more time of tenure to do arbitration of administration .

A message and request to all layman employees who are neutral, as well as enthusiastic office bearers of all factions, groups who want to do something for staff and make NVS a better and better institiution to  serve, that there are two associations, registered and recognised in KVS, Railways,etc. The staff is instead more benefited and lets expect the same here, in NVS.

DONT KILL TO THRIVE...CUT THOAT COMPETION has not yet begun.....we are humans.

YOU CANT FOOL ALL THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME.....A FEW UNDESTAND THINGS AT THE RIGHT TIME.

SUGGESTIONS FOR TRANSFER 2017 RECEIVED FROM DIFFERENT QUARTERS



A FEW SUGGESTIONS AND DISTURBANCES OBSERVED BY AINVSA regarding ONLINE TRANSFER  2017
 
1) The transfers should materialised  and the places allocated, prior to the joining of new recruits. The converse would  make the transfer applicants lose their choice place.

2) The transfer form filled online and edited by the Principal, ought to be accessible to view by the concerned login, as to know what has been edited by the Principal. There should be transparency , the employees ought to know what was his mistake and how its been rectified by the Principal. Though not given a chance to edit after that, but view option should be available from his login Id.

3)The data of staff do not tally with the received forms, implies that the Principal wants a few of his favourite to remain in that jnv, though coming under deemed category. The clear cut instructions perhaps not deliberately  understood, and such discrepancy only results in the late execution of Transfers 2017 for no fault of the other eagerly waiting employees. It should be viewed seriously and the defaulter Principals penalised , unlike last year taking a whole year for the execution due to such lapses at the Vidyalaya and RO level , as heard of.

4) The non-teaching staff coming under deemed vacancy should be transferred this year at par with the teaching staff, or else it would result in injustice and uproar in the teaching fraternity. Rules ought to be applicable to all alike.  Irrespective of whether demanded by others or not, the non- teaching staff crossing the normal tenure of 5 or 10years, as the case may be, ought to be displaced without fail.

Hope the online transfer automation process would make things more error-free ,and in a speedy manner compared to previous years.

NVS Spouses in particular & Exempted category in general harassed and deliberately burdened at Vidyalaya level



It has come to know that a few staff in many Vidyalayas have been against the unification of spouses  done by NVS and they are conspiring against the well settled spouses due to the efforts of NVS to make them come together. This few  just with the help of Principals, or the Principals themselves who have not got their desire place of posting ,with the help of administrative staff or higher authority are bent upon giving extra and unequal distribution of work at the JNV level. They are bent upon proving that the spouses are not working at the Vidyalaya level or simply not useful to the Vidyalaya, just due to sheer jealousy. ..The Principal and higher authority ought not come under this trap and shelter the recently unified spouses working in NVS

A few staff at the JNV level are against the exempted category of Transfers and plotting against them, the Physically challenged ones and the Medical category as well. There is a uproar this year that  a few in the deemed vacancy who have not been transferred last year, ought to this year. In this online transfer procedure, if those who have crossed above ten years are not transferred this year, it would create unrest  in most of jnvs, as once begun the trend should continue...

NVS spouses   coming under this victimation,at JNV level or RO level, in particular and all the four exempted category in general, kindly send an email describing the episodes of their victimisation , to sajith_nair12@rediffmail.com to generalise it ,consolidate and send it  to the NVS headquarter as a proactive measure, before things go out of the hands...

AINVSA Seeks justice and equality of Mandatory transfers on completion of ten years and beyond.


  BEYOND TEN YEARS NORMAL TENURE BE TRANSFERED UNCONDITIONALLY
 Justice to be done to those who have been transfered last year on having completed 10 years and beyond, by doing transfers to those left out ones.

AINVSA has received grievance from some of the quarters that though they had some genuine grounds but they were mandatorily shunted out on having completed the normal tenure of Ten years. , such as two or three years left for retirement, medical grounds of their family etc. But it was not heard to and they are presently in another JNVs.

Its astonishing that a few have been left out in some of the Vidyalayas with the same background.And there a few who have completed  more than 20 years and still in the same JNV, without any grounds whatsoever. This has made those who have been shunted out very unhappy.

AINVSA behests the NVS officials that on account of online transfer portal, it would not be difficult to find out those who have crossed beyond 10 years in a present Vidyalaya, and they should be transfered on the head: Transfered beeing on deemed vacancy.  Though there may not be any new incumbent to come to that place, but the former should be transfered inevitably, to do justice to all.

How to solve Problems in Online Transfer Forms
1) The email id if is in gmail it would be better to get verification link, you would get immediately . So if you are registering through yahoo /rediff etc email id, then drop and shift to your gmail id. 2) NVS ought not to release this when the teaching staff is going on leave,that is at the last week of vacation.If done however, now the submission of the forms to the Principal the print to be handed over before 25 May, when the staff has left to their home town. The only solution is the teaching staff to send to their respective JNVs the filled in online tranfser form and the resultant pdf format to their JNVs by emails. The JNVs need to take print of the same and the mails received to be deemed as submissions

Transfer procedure should not take so much time to execute, voices NVS employees



The pending  transfers of North East employees , RLT  is released ....thank GOD...and the TRANSFERS of Non-teaching staff kept in abeyance still not released yet.

All the transfers kept in abeyance should be released at one go during May month itself , inorder not to disturb the academics and inter alia matters, cries the employees. Hope NVS authorities are empathetic enough to understand this cries and the grass root level of going hometown during vacation and once again coming to JNVs to get releaved for their respective transfers.

All the transfers of last year 2016-17 ought to have materialied prior to the release of online transfer filling of year 2017-18. Hope the vacancies and the resultant vacancies do not get disturbed.

HOPE AND PRAY that the novice ONLINE TRANSFERs would not take much time as the last year transfers and are executed before the school reopening of JULY 2017....BLESS NVS Sticks to the deadlines declared by them.....
