      The matters above mentioned alongwith  other  connected  matters  were
listed  before  Hon'ble  Court  on  12.07.2013  with  office  report   dated
11.07.2013 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

      "List for final disposal on 4.9.2013. In the meantime, reply shall  be
filed."

      It is submitted that despite the aforesaid order, reply has  not  been
filed, so far.
      The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble  Court  with
this Office Report.
