Please focus mainly on duty hours. With this high work load and unnecessory harassment by the principals on the ground of 24hr duty.......no one is going to live up to or more than 60 years to get pension.
If our officers have well define duty hours with five day working why they are exploiting us and disturbing our whole life. It very much against the human rights. We are working as just bound labour. Why the govt. Is keeping blind eyes on cruel act of NVS
