Transfer Points and Transfer cut off points not displayed in the Request Transfer List 2015 of Principals and Vice Principals
NVS not showing Transfer Counts and Transfer Cut off points during the current Request Transfer List 2015 for Principals and Vice Principals is not fair.

The Principals list is declared for Request Transfers 2015, but what about the Teaching staff Request Transfer List 2015. There should not be discrimination about different categories of staff in NVS ; equal privileges and rights should be given. The vacancy positions were shown prior to filling the Request Transfer Forms for Principals, but the same didn't materialize prior to Teachers' Request Transfer Forms. Moreover, to make matter worse, the vacancy positions were filled with last years Request Transfers and Promotion Transfers.
Now NVS perhaps will give the leftover vacant posts also to the NEW Recruits and then only give Transfers to the Request Transfers 2015. Whats the use of asking options when options are not available or already filled in . NVS should show vacancy positions of all JNVs, procured from ROs, display it and then only ask Request Transfer Forms from the staff , in this behalf. Fill the places with Request Transfer aspirants/candidates and then only fill or give the remaining places to promotees or new recruits.
ALL TEACHING FRATERNITY PRAY AND HOPE THAT REQUEST TRANSFERS 2015 FOR TEACHING STAFF ARE DONE IN THE TRUE SPIRIT AND NOT BE A FACADE.

ADMINISTRATIVE TRANSFERS, PUBLIC INTEREST TRANSFERS, SPOUSES NOT UNITED YET ETC

Interest Transfers.
Its observed that majority of the employees of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya are
grieved about the delay and unnecessary prolong implementation of the Amended Transfer Policy of 2012 by NVS
though suggestions received from JNVs and the Panel set for Ammendment. Approval from HRD Ministry is dilly-dallied by NVS only to harass the employees.
AMENDMENT POINTS TO BE MADE IN THE TRANSFER POLICY 2012
A few major changes the employees especially the
teaching staff are awaiting eagerly and expecting expedient for them in the New
Ammended Transfer Policy, are as under:
1. There
should be only 05 years as normal/mandatory tenure in a station for the
teaching fraternity just like the non-teaching staff and officials of NVS,
while 10 years to be the criterion ONLY for
displacement transfers or administrative
transfers.
2. Displacement
transfers, as mentioned in the Policy should be done invariably, for
Unification of Spouses at the same station .
3. Displacement
Transfer counts and Displacement Cut off points should be
displayed regularly every year. Similarly Request Transfer Counts and Request
Transfer Cut off points should be
transparent in the same manner.
4. Adminstrative
Transfers should not be confused with Public interest transfers. If an employee is ordered Public Interest
Transfer then the reasons adduced be justified well for doing so.
5. Admininstrative
Transfers should be done only after the conclusion of Disciplinary Proceedings
of the accused and proper and just findings of an impartial
Inquiry, not on simply hearsay or mere recommendation of any Principal or a
Regional Office official. The parameters set for ‘not conducive for Vidyalaya
atmosphere’ should be crystal clear. An
employee objecting to the wrong doings of any Prinicpal should not be judged as
not conducive to the Vidyalaya atmosphere.
