ANOTHER GROUP READY WITH AGENDA OF EXECUTION OF AMMENDED TRANSFER POLICY 2012

IF THE POINTS   MENTIONED BELOW ARE NOT CONSIDERED AND ROUGH DRAFT OF AMMENDED TRANSFER POLICY 2012 NOT FINALISED AND RELEASED  , THE MAJORITY OF TEACHING STAFF SUFFERED ADMINISTRATIVE TRANSFERS, PUBLIC INTEREST TRANSFERS, SPOUSES NOT UNITED YET ETC ARE GOING TO JOIN THE  DHARNA

                       3.  Set aside   Unjustified Administrative Transfers/Public Interest Transfers.           

Its observed that majority of the   employees of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya are grieved about the delay and unnecessary prolong implementation of  the Amended Transfer Policy of 2012 by NVS though suggestions received from JNVs and the Panel set for Ammendment.  Approval from HRD Ministry is dilly-dallied by NVS only to harass the employees.
 
               AMENDMENT POINTS   TO BE MADE IN THE TRANSFER POLICY  2012

A few major changes the employees especially the teaching staff are awaiting eagerly and expecting expedient for them in the New Ammended Transfer Policy, are  as under:

1.      There should be only 05 years as normal/mandatory tenure in a station for the teaching fraternity just like the non-teaching staff and officials of NVS, while 10 years  to be the criterion ONLY for displacement transfers  or administrative transfers.

2.      Displacement transfers, as mentioned in the Policy should be done invariably,   for Unification of Spouses at the same station .

3.      Displacement Transfer counts   and Displacement Cut off points should be displayed regularly every year. Similarly Request Transfer Counts and Request Transfer   Cut off points should be transparent in the same manner.

4.      Adminstrative Transfers should not be confused with Public interest transfers.  If an employee is ordered Public Interest Transfer then the reasons adduced be justified well for doing so.

5.      Admininstrative Transfers should be done only after the conclusion of Disciplinary Proceedings of the accused and   proper and just findings of an impartial Inquiry, not on simply hearsay or mere recommendation of any Principal or a Regional Office official. The parameters set for ‘not conducive for Vidyalaya atmosphere’ should be crystal clear.  An employee objecting to the wrong doings of any Prinicpal should not be judged as not conducive to the Vidyalaya atmosphere.
