GROUP –IV
Those teaching
& non-teaching staff seeking transfer to the Vidyalaya where his/her spouse
is working and/or where such transfer would result in unification of the couple
in the same JNV. The couple will also be considered for posting to a JNV where
clear-cut vacancies exists for accommodating them without insisting on
condition of completion of minimum
prescribed tenure at a station. If one is working in NER or hard and difficult
station then it is mandatory for him/her to serve in these stations for
prescribed mandatory period of three years. Thus he/she will not be posted out
of these stations. However, his/her spouse can move to these stations for
unification. Unification
of couple on the roll of Samiti will be done by invoking displacement policy
wherever necessary.
The couple having same
subject will be accommodated in nearby stations.
In case of such couple
where one belongs to teaching staff & another belongs to non-teaching
staff, they will be accommodated in one JNV of the region where the
non-teaching employee is working, and their application for transfer out of the
said region will only be considered after the completion of ten years stay in
a JNV under the said region. However,
this restriction will not be applicable if the couple wants to move to NER and
other hard & difficult stations for completion of their prescribed
mandatory tenure.
Under this Group, the
preference will not be given in those cases where both spouses are already
working in the same JNV. Such couple
will only be considered for posting to another JNV on completion of three years
at present station subject to availability of clear-cut vacancies and no
displacement is allowed.
