In pursuance of the O.M . F
No. 6-2/2005 NVS(GA)/91 dated 19
Feb,2014 circulated by NVS, Central Civil Service ( Recognition of
Service Associations ) Rules 1993 would be applicable for Granting of
Recognition to the Association , till NVS frames its own rules.( See www.navodaya.nic.in for further details
of RSA Rules)
AINVSA (TPMANI) having
custody of all the original manuscripts of
MoA, Constitution,Bye Laws,Registration copy etc would fufill all the
pre-requisites of getting Recogniton, and would subsequently submit a copy
thereof, to the NVS Hqrs. NVS being centrally governed instititution,
suo motto powers lies at the Hqrs for
accepting applications for Recogniton; and not at the Regional level.
Nevertheless, NVS would call upon refilling of Membership Forms for the
year 2014. Consequently, the new forms should be downloaded by Navodaya
Vidyalaya Staff from the website www.ainvsa.org,
immediately, and sent as per directions given therein.

Meanwhile, prior to this, please upload the Membership Forms online quickly by clcking the link given below . Fill the form by typing and copy paste and
click on SUBMIT; it would reach us,
to assist you and further guide you to
become a member of a truly Registered, ‘to-
be-Recognised Association’.

Rules 5 and 7 of CCS(RSA) Rules 1993,inter alia, commands membership forms to represent more
than 35% for getting Recogniton, and by Check-off system in pay-rolls
respectively, in days to come.

Association is the need of the hour.
