His Highness the Commissioner, NVS has assured to give Recognition to AINVSA ,or proceed in that direction for that matter, provided AINVSA is able to prove its authenticity and majority,as surmised and inferred from the last meeting of AINVSA CEC members (TP MANI Group) with his Highness on 23 July 2013 .
AINVSA (TP MANI) showed his Highness the original certificate of Registration of AINVSA to prove the authenticity and handed over a copy to his good office, while beseeched some duration to re-submit the new Membership form of AINVSA Members.
Kindly download the membership enclosed herewith, and submit filled in forms signed. photograph affixed ASAP (as soon as possible) to the real AINVSA Registered office at Kottyam, KERALA. (Address given on the membership form )if you really want that AINVSA gets Recognition without fail, or without any technical flaws, this time .
All those desired of getting benefits of AINVSA are requested to send the duly filled in Membership forms countersigned by the Unit(Vidyalaya level) Secretary or Unit Presdent, directly to Shri TP Mani by sticking a postage stamp of Rs 5/- to the Kotyyam Address as mentioned on the letter head of AINVSA Membership form. And mantain a photcopy with them for further reference ; a copy of the duly filled in form should also be sent to the AINVSA CEC Member in your region at the earliest.
Dont foget to paste your Photograph as AINVSA (TP MANI) is planning to give an 'AINVSA Membership Card' to its members .Likewise, .AINVSA( TP MANI group) would try to attend to the grievances of those staff only ,holding AINVSA Membership Card.
Further details of membership fees , the mode of sending it etc would be communicated soon. AINVSA (TP MANI) had not collected any membership fee last time. But this time its bound to as per AINVSA Bye Laws. Dont send the amount to anyone except as communicated by Shri TP Mani, through his email id , to the Vidyalaya email id/ your personal email id., of the details of when and how, to which account etc.which would be eventually forwarded by AINVSA CEC Members, SEC Members Unit members etc to your personal email ids, as well.

Possession of Original Registration Certificate is not valid enough to claim the ownership of any association.It is not a title deed.It is the support that matters and now every navodayan is with LB Reddy. So he could muster this much memberships and submit it to the authorities. If you have any concern for navodaya staff and their problem, then you must resist yourself from this sort of anti-staff activities. This will only help the management.
An association is lead by different people at its different stages of growth. In the initial days the amateur leadership of Sri T P Mani was sufficient. But later when we felt the need of a professional and dynamic leader, Sri. L B Reddy came to the scene. Tomorrow it may be somebody else better than Sri. L B Reddy. The founder must be ready to accept the new leader and feel happy at the growth of association which benefits the entire society.
