When K.V. Sangathan is going to adopt navodaya's councelling process considering it transparent system, what is the thinking of our Torch Bearers? Why this completely complicated system has been introduced? When no employee is satisfied with this system what is the use of it? We want to give unrest to our employees.
Why our officers aren't interested in satisfaction & happiness of all the employees?It should be 10 years.
It should be 3 years.
It should be 1 year and transfers should be completed within 30th April and 30th june through counseling. Once new session starts then no transfer should be granted .
To make counseling more effective online systems should be used ( A website for counseling where teachers can see open position and interested teachers).
I agree that transfers in the mid session are not good for Students. A student stays in NVS only for 6 years (form class 6th to 12th) . What is the benefit of blocking employee for 10 years. It is a kind of harassment of NVS employees.
