Has Samiti put a ban on Mutual Transfers?

Mutual Transfers should not be banned by NVS.Its not a right, but a privilege.

What do they think after making so much complicated where no one is happy, are they doing right to us?On one side they are taking pride that navodayas are the best?Who is making the navodaya the best? It's employees but they don't want to see their employees happy.

Samiti does not transfer the people unless and until there is a clear vacancy. But how then people will go to a place where they wish to go. The only alternative is Mutual Transfer. This too has been banned. Great going!!!
